Public Offer

• Sign: an LED neon sign on an acrylic backboard with a power supply and mounting kit.
• Ready-made sign: a sign from the website catalog in one of the offered sizes and colors.
• Custom sign: a sign made to the Buyer’s text, logo or design (calculator, custom design form, etc.).
• Mockup: an image of the sign with dimensions, color and mounting that the Seller sends to the Buyer for approval.
• Order: the Buyer’s request to buy, have made or rent a sign.

The Seller undertakes to make and transfer to the Buyer a sign (ready-made or custom), or to provide a sign for temporary use (rental), and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept it under this offer.

The sign’s specifications (text or image, font, color, size, backboard, mounting, indoor or outdoor version) are set in the order and the approved mockup.

The Buyer places an order through the calculator, cart or forms on the website, by phone or messenger, providing a name, phone number and delivery details.

For a custom sign, the Seller prepares a mockup and sends it to the Buyer. The order is agreed once the Buyer confirms the mockup and price in writing (messenger or email).

The calculator price is preliminary. The final price is fixed in the approved mockup. If the sign cannot be made as calculated (for example, because of a complex logo), the Seller offers another option or price before production starts.

Images on the website and in the digital preview are illustrative: the glow shade and look of the real sign may differ slightly.

Prices on the website are in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH). The Seller is not a VAT payer. Delivery is not included in the sign price unless stated in the order.

Payment methods: card online, bank transfer to the Seller’s account, or cash on delivery via Nova Poshta (ready-made signs).

A custom sign is made after the mockup is approved and a deposit is paid; the Seller states the deposit amount at approval. The balance is paid before dispatch or on receipt.

The Seller issues a payment document as required by law.

Standard production time is 5–7 business days after mockup approval and deposit. Complex orders (logos, large sizes, outdoor signs) take up to 10 business days. The Seller states the exact time at approval.

If the Seller needs clarification during production, the time is extended for as long as the Buyer does not respond.

Delivery within Ukraine is by Nova Poshta at the carrier’s rates. Self-pickup from the Kremenchuk workshop by appointment. International shipping (any country) by international carriers; cost, timing and the destination country’s customs charges are agreed separately and paid by the Buyer.

Signs are packed in protective material and a sturdy box. On receipt, the Buyer checks the package and sign at the carrier’s branch. If damaged, the Buyer records it with the carrier and notifies the Seller the same day with photos.

Installation in and around Kremenchuk is available by agreement. Elsewhere the Buyer installs the sign following the included instructions.

The Buyer may cancel or change an order within 24 hours of placing it at no cost. If production of a custom sign has started, the Seller refunds the deposit minus the costs actually incurred for materials and work.

A ready-made sign of proper quality may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused, with its appearance, packaging and contents intact. Return shipping is paid by the Buyer.

A custom sign of proper quality made to the Buyer’s text, logo or design cannot be exchanged or returned, as it is made to individual order.

For a defective sign, the Seller repairs, replaces or refunds it in accordance with consumer protection law.

The warranty period is 24 months from receipt. It covers the LED neon, connections, power supply and dimmer against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover damage from impact, falls, moisture (for indoor signs), connection to an unsuitable power source, self-repair or modification, or use of an indoor sign outdoors.

To make a warranty claim, write to the Seller describing the fault with a photo or video. If the defect is confirmed, the Seller pays for shipping the sign for repair and back.

Rental signs are provided for an agreed period (usually a weekend, Friday to Monday). Shipping within Ukraine by Nova Poshta at the carrier’s rates, self-pickup in Kremenchuk.

The Buyer pays a deposit as stated on the website. The deposit is refunded in full within 3 business days after the sign is returned undamaged. The cost of repairing damage that occurred during the rental is deducted from the deposit.

The Buyer returns the sign complete and in its original packaging no later than the date in the order. Each day of delay may be charged as an extra rental day.

By sending a logo, text or image, the Buyer confirms they have the right to use it. The Buyer is responsible for any infringement of third-party rights.

The Seller may publish photos of finished signs in its portfolio and social media unless the Buyer objects when ordering. Company logos are published only with the Buyer’s consent.

The parties are liable for non-performance in accordance with the law of Ukraine.

The parties are released from liability for non-performance caused by force majeure (hostilities, power outages, carrier disruptions, etc.). Deadlines are extended for the duration of such circumstances.

The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

The Seller may change this offer. A new version applies from its publication on the website and does not affect orders already agreed.

Disputes are resolved by negotiation, and failing agreement, in accordance with the law of Ukraine.
