• Contact details: name, phone, email — when you place an order, request a quote or rental, or write to us.
• Delivery details: city, Nova Poshta branch or address, recipient name.
• Order materials: sign text, logos and images you upload, order comments.
• Technical data: device and browser type, pages viewed — only if you accepted analytics cookies.

We do not ask for or store card details: card payments happen on the payment provider’s page.

• to accept and fulfil your order: prepare the mockup, make and deliver the sign;
• to contact you about your order, warranty or rental;
• to meet legal requirements (accounting, payment documents);
• to improve the website (anonymous visit statistics, with your consent).

We do not send marketing emails without your separate consent and never sell personal data.

Only services needed to fulfil your order or run the website:

• Nova Poshta — delivery;
• payment providers and the bank — payment;
• EmailJS — forwarding website form messages to our inbox;
• Vercel — website hosting;
• Google Analytics — visit statistics, only if you accepted cookies.

Some of these services may store data outside Ukraine. We share only the minimum needed.

The website stores your cart and your cookie choice in your browser so they persist between visits.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are enabled only after you agree in the banner. You can change this by clearing the site data in your browser.

Order data — for the warranty period and as long as required for accounting under the law. Messages that did not lead to an order — up to 12 months. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" you may know what data we process and why, access it, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent, and complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court.

Only people fulfilling orders can access order data. The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS).
