The price depends on the size, the number of letters, the font and the options, so the calculator on the site shows the exact price for your text in a minute, no request needed. Roughly (October 2026): a 40 cm wide text about 2,700 UAH, 60 cm about 3,500 UAH, 80 cm about 3,900 UAH, 120 cm about 4,800 UAH. The minimum price of a sign is 1,800 UAH. The mockup is free.

Standard production time is 5-7 business days. Rush orders (2-3 days) are available for an additional charge. Custom logos and complex designs may take 7-10 business days.

Pay by card online, by bank transfer to our sole-proprietor account, or cash on delivery via Nova Poshta. Production starts once you approve the mockup and pay the deposit.

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it at no charge. After production has started, modifications may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible.

LED neon flex is a modern alternative to traditional glass neon. It uses flexible LED strips encased in a silicone tube to create the same iconic glow. Benefits include: shatterproof, energy-efficient, cool to the touch, and much lighter than glass neon.

Our LED neon signs are rated for 50,000+ hours of use — that's over 11 years of continuous operation (12 hours/day). They maintain consistent brightness throughout their lifespan.

Outdoor signs use weatherproof neon and a weatherproof power supply, so they cost more. The calculator shows the difference for your sign right next to the "Outdoor" option.

We offer 12 standard colors: White, Warm White, Ice Blue, Blue, Red, Pink, Hot Pink, Purple, Green, Yellow, Orange, and Lemon. We also offer RGB (color-changing) at an additional cost.

Absolutely! We specialize in custom logo neon signs. Simply upload your logo on our Custom Order page, and we'll create a free design mockup the same day. Most logos can be faithfully recreated in LED neon.

LED neon uses about 10 W per metre (RGB up to 15 W). An 80 cm wide sign usually has 2–3 m of neon, so 20–30 W, like an ordinary LED bulb. The neon does not get hot.

Yes, we take signs in for service. Some faults can be fixed: replacing the power supply or dimmer, re-soldering a connection or a single piece of neon. Send us a photo or video and we will tell you what can be done and what it costs.

Yes! We ship with Nova Poshta across Ukraine, usually 1–3 days after production. We also ship worldwide; international shipping cost and time are quoted per order. Every sign is carefully packaged for safe transit.

Every sign is carefully packaged in custom-fit foam inside a sturdy cardboard box. We add extra padding around edges and connectors. Our packaging is designed to protect your sign during long-distance shipping.

Yes, we install signs in Kremenchuk and nearby on request. Elsewhere the sign is easy to hang yourself: a mounting kit and instructions are included.
